Yes! We always recommend ordering samples so you can check the colour and weight of a fabric, therefore you can be sure it is the right one for your project.

You can order samples of any fabric through the website, just click the ‘Sample’ option on the product page. 

There is a charge of £1.50 to cover postage. However, if you require more than one sample then drop us a message and we can add upto 4 additional samples in the same package at no extra charge. 

Samples are pre-cut to approximately 10cm x 5cm. If you feel you need something larger you are able to order 0.5M of any cloth. 

We like to keep it simple!

We offer flat rate postage on all fabric orders, and there is no minimum order value.

All parcels are Tracked for extra peace of mind.

Our fabrics are cut from the roll and sold by the metre.

The minimum you can order online is 0.5 metres. In store this is 0.25 metres.

Any fabric order over 1 metre is sent as one continuous piece. If for some reason we cannot offer this we will contact you directly via email to discuss the options.

We do recommend pre-washing your fabric to allow for any shrinkage before you proceed to making your garment.

• Allow 10% shrinkage for all fabrics to be on the safe side

Due to a lot of our fabrics being deadstock, and therefore limited quantities, we cannot always guarantee these will be added online.

However, if you did see something on a visit to our shop then contact us and if the fabric is still in stock we can make a bespoke order for you.

Many fabrics from our English suppliers will often be repeated.

However, our Vintage and Deadstock fabrics would understandably not be re-stocked.

No. You have the option to checkout without creating an account or registering to our newsletter. However registering is quick and easy and will enable you to access your account using your e-mail address and password. 

We try our best to accommodate forgotten items. However, as we offer same-day dispatch our packing team usually begin processing orders as they come in.
